Our Hardcore Fitness Running and Racing Program is designed for the novice runner looking to run a few miles a week, the serious runner looking to ‘race’ a marathon, and everyone in between. The program offers group runs, interval training, plyometrics, running and racing strategy, as well as advice and coaching.
