Since enrolling in boot camp I've lost 50 lbs, and 8 dress sizes (started at 14 now a 6)!!! My body fat went from 42% to 26%, bmi is now down to 22%. When I started boot camp I was diagnosed with severe Rhumetoid Arthritis, was prescribed very hard core medications. I am happy to say I have zero pain and am eliminating the meds! Jan. 17, 2011 I made the best decision of my life to try Hardcore Fitness. I was shocked by my wieght and weakness when it came to running, push ups and any physical activity. That first hour changed my life. I never looked back.The first month was tough but no matter how many epsom salt bathes I had to take it did not matter. Between Larry, Nadia and Ryan no 2 classes are the same. They work with you to get you out of your "comfort zone". If you have an injury they will help you to get it to heal correctly without missing a class. Anyone can join a gym. But its the people that draws you back. Larry, Nadia and Ryan are excellent trainers. Not only do they kick our butts everyday they also teach us how to eat and take care of our bodies. I dont know anyone else that will ask me on a regular basis "what did you eat today and did you write it down". For the first tim in many years I feel 100% healthy, I am happy and any stress or ch allenge that comes my way I can handle it and I know its because of Hardcore Fitness and their awesome program

For many years I have worked out with personal trainers, in different boot camps and Tae Kwon Do. What was most important to me we to accomplish was a "six pack" but regardless of what I tried I was not successful. When I came to Hardcore Fitness I told Larry what my goals were including a "six pack" and Larry told me "I would get my six pack or die trying". I am happy to say that I am not dead yet and have successfully obtained the beginning of my "six pack" thanks to Larry, Nadia and Ryan.

I went for a run one day and spotted a black truck with the words "Hardcore Fitness Bootcamp" written on the outside that caught my attention. For months I kept seeing it around town like it was stalking me, then one day I was curious enough to check it out. I have always been very active, being involved with swimming and water polo throughout my high school and college years, but never have I achieved the physical ability i have today. Two years later with Hardcore Fitness, I am in the best shape I've ever been in my entire life with 24lbs down and 14% body fat. This bootcamp is like my second home and is a great experience I look forward to everyday. I've learned to acknowledge my weaknesses yet balance between a healthy lifestyle and the urge we all feel to indulge every once in awhile. I am forever committed to better myself and will continue to set some new goals to put down in the books. Say a fitness bikini competit ion maybe? After being inactive for 2+ years and getting completely out of shape, I knew something needed to change. And though I had a gym membership, the motivation was missing to get me there. This is where Hardcore Fitness changed my life...

Having a personal trainer helped me show up to the gym, but with the $60ish price tag (per hour) they demand, going more than once a week was impossible. At Hardcore Fitness I noticed that I was getting the same attention, results, and (most importantly) motivation from a $5 (per hour) price tag. This kept me coming back and before I knew it, I had started losing the weight I accumulated while becoming much more fit and active in my daily life.

I now play sports weekly (Tennis, Basketball, and Softball) while still going to Hardcore Fitness multiple times per week. Although I was active when I was younger, I had never worked out longer than 6 months straight. "Prior to joining Hardcore Fitness, I was an obese, out of shape, cookie addicted couch potato. I've struggled with my weight since I was 7 years old. I've been on practically every diet one can name, with low to moderate results. And I've struggled with working out consistently and rarely saw changes in my body. As someone who has a history of diabetes on both sides of my family and being that I carry the majority of my weight in my stomach region, I knew I needed to make some lifestyle changes or risk having major medical issues. I decided to join a boot camp rather than a gym because I wanted to be pushed harder than I would push myself. I wanted to be held accountable and if I was going to spend an hour working out...I wanted every minute to count. Joining Hardcore Fitness is one of the best gifts I've ever given myself. In the beginning, I was sore and struggled. Before I could even make it home, I'd receive text mess ages from Nadia encouraging me and congratulating me on my accomplishments. Also, I received guidance on proper nutrition and supplements plus they check on me to ensure I am staying on track; and adjust my diet as my body changes. They know my physical limits better than I do...as a result, I have experienced massive improvements in my endurance, strength, agility and stamina. Not only have I lost 50 lbs since I've been a member, but I recently had a doctor tell me that I am above average in lean muscle mass. I've gone from a pant size 16 to a 12. I've gone from a blouse size 3X to a Large. Also, during a conversation where I was being considered for a popular reality show the Casting Director referred to me as a "pretty plus sized model type." Woo Woo! My weight loss journey continues however, the difference now is that I have a clear map and constant guidance on how to achieve my goals.

I've been working out most of my life and stay in pretty good shape. I've been with Hardcore Fitness for about a year and a half and have definitely gotten a lot stronger during that time. They keep the workouts challenging and fresh which makes it easy to stay motivated. My biggest hurdle has been my diet - I love to eat and really love carbs - bread / pasta / and rice.

I signed up for the last challenge and decided to workout and follow the diet. I had never been on a diet before so I was not sure how tough it was going to be to stay on one especially over the holidays. Here I am 3 months later over 20 pounds lighter feeling great! The diet was tough at times, but the Nadia and Larry, as well as all the people in my classes, are very supportive. They are great trainers and the bootcamp is awesome!

I've talked to people a lot lately about my 70 pound weight loss since starting with the Hardcore Fitness program, but the exercise habits that I have established through the program aren't the only change I've made to my lifestyle. I have made dramatic changes in the way I eat, too. In the past, I would change my eating habits for a short time so that I could lose a little bit of weight, but then I would just go back to the way I had always eaten. Of course, needless to say, the weight didn't stay off.

When I began the program, I decided to follow the recommended meal program in addition to the exercise. In the beginning, it wasn't easy for me because I had been so used to eating a certain way over the years. I had to get used to eating several smaller meals a day instead of a couple or very large meals. Even though it took some time to adjust to the change, I soon realized that I felt so much better than I had in years. I wasn't feeling weighed down after I ate. I actually felt good instead of bloated and sick. It's been several months now since I've changed my eating habits. It's just second nature now. I enjoy preparing healthy meals and coming up with my own healthy recipes. I don't really miss the fast food or the fatty meals. On the rare occasion that I eat that type of food, I regret it and I realize how much better I feel since I started eating better. I like the fish, fruit, vegetables, yogurt, lean meats, etc. that I eat now. I've learned to use spices instead of fatty sauces to add flavor to my food. My husband really enjoys our new way of eating, too. He's even noticed improvement in his high blood pressure and elevated cholesterol since I've been preparing better meals.

I guess I felt that it was important at this point to let people know that it's not just about the exercise - it's about changing the way you eat. You have to be able to find healthy foods that you actually like so you can make permanent changes. I know that the changes I've made in the way I eat are permanent, and that's a good feeling.

For many years my goal has been to tone my entire body and get in the best physical shape possible. I went to the gym and had numerous personal trainers over the years but never saw the results I was truly looking for. A friend of mine told me about a personal trainer that was getting people great results so I decided to give it once more go and give him a try. After just once session I knew Larry was the trainer that was going to finally get me to my goal. I went through the workouts with the class five days a week getting more results, and falling more in love with the program every session that went by. I've been with Hardcore Fitness for 13 months. It's been very challenging for me because I was very unhealthy. Before I started with the program I use to use an inhaler constantly and could only jog a half a block. Now I can run 3 miles without using my inhaler! Nadia and Larry are amazing trainers. Just like all the busy wives and moms, I work part time, volunteer and keep busy with my kid's activities; so, how does one end up 60 pounds or more overweight. Over the years, the weight was creeping on. Then a few years ago, I experienced a few medical setbacks that landed me on the sofa, with the best part of the day wondering who was going to bring me some yummy thing to eat. I never considered how many calories were in all those yummy foods I liked to eat; some were a day's worth of calories in one meal. I would not consider myself lazy; but "exercise" was not part of my daily plan. I actually disliked it. I was great at ordering the latest greatest video, or piece of equipment, or book off of some infomercial that I saw. Thinking that would be my motivating new thing. I had numerous gym memberships over the years. Of course, I never used one of those things I wasted my money on. I was actually considering settling for fat and happy until my sister challenged me to lose 20 pounds by a certain date. I desperately did not need a "diet", but a "lifestyle change". That is when I saw the Hardcore Fitness ad. I Knew I really did not want to settle for fat and unhealthy, and I had to do something outside my "comfort zone". That call to Hardcore Fitness has changed my life. I cannot say enough about the trainers and the program of Hardcore Fitness. The fitness program is challenging and rewarding and never boring. I am doing things I never thought I could have done or accomplished. The nutrition program is easy to follow, and is an awesome tool for my weight loss goal. I've always done some sort of cardio but always have battled with my weight and weight loss as I got older. I met Nadia at a bridal show with my daughter who is getting married. I saw Nadia with her cute little body saying to come try out the boot camp. I thought there is no way I will get to my goal with boot camp. I ended up trying the program out since they were offering 3 free days. I figured what did I have to lose. When I first started Hardcore Fitness it was after a lot of research. I went out and tried several other programs in the Santa Clarita Valley and heard what they had to offer. After the first day with Hardcore Fitness Boot Camp I was sold. The workouts were more challenging, they offered more equipment, and the dietary support was way better than any other competitor.
